Part demolition of an existing house. A significant renovation extended the home and doubled its size. A challenging process with respect to planning controls and limitations of the site with a small building envelope. Bold statement pieces, a warm color palette and abstract design elements were implemented to ensure a stylish, warm family home was presented.
The styling of this client's investment property and holiday home was completed on a tight budget. The home was then presented for sale and subsequently achieved a terrific price.

‘We were a bit concerned that we may not have thought about everything when planning to build our new Flinders home so we had Consider It Done review the floorplans and drawings.
